The Salford Service Team comprises of the Site Manager, two technicians, MOT testers, two body repair / paint and refinishing technicians and a customer care assistant.
The Owner of the business is a qualified VOSA Authorised Examiner.
SITE MANAGER, RICK
Rick has fifteen years + experience in premier car body repair, paint refinishing and project restorations. In addition he is an accomplished mechanical engineer and is recognised widely in the field of vehicle refinishing. He is qualified in panel beating, welding, bodywork preparation and repair, paint applications and is experienced in working with steel, aluminium, fibreglass and carbon fibre materials.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT, JACKIE
Jackie has 12 years experience in retail and wholesale customer service and takes care of the garages front desk service reception and customer care aspects.
In addition she looks after the “back office” administration functions and supplier liaison for parts and consumables.
TECHNICIAN, MOT TESTER, SIMON
Simon has 10 years experience in automotive servicing and mechanical repair and is a VOSA qualified MOT tester.
He served a full apprenticeship in automotive service and repair and has comprehensive knowledge and experience in working on all main stream car makes and types.
TECHNICIAN, MOT TESTER, MOT QUALITY CONTROLLER, PAUL
Paul, has eight years experience in automotive servicing and mechanical repair, is a VOSA qualified MOT tester and is the testing station’s MOT quality controller.
He served a full apprenticeship in automotive service and repair and has comprehensive knowledge and experience in working on all main stream car makes and types.
BODYWORK REPAIR, PREPARATION and PAINTWORK TECHNICIAN, BEN
Ben has seven years bodywork preparation and paintwork experience gained manly on working with premier sports car makes such as Ferrari, Porsche, TVR and Lamborghini.
He assists with the mechanical engineering side of the business and is also a qualified plumber.
